Refund Policy

We consider requests for items received damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially inconsistent with their description when reported within 30 days after delivery. We do not accept change-of-mind, preference, or customer-selection returns.

Provide the order number, checkout email, an explanation, and clear photos or video. Do not send an item back before written authorization. Evidence and authorized returns are reviewed before any stock-dependent replacement or refund to the original payment method.
